Times are changing fast; the things to learn and the ways to perform keep changing too, so the way we recognise must also change. The agent's profession, above all, is like walking on the edge of a sword.
More often than helping hands, one meets those who pull you down with harsh comments; and competition in society — within and outside — is high as well. All this must be faced and overcome, so constant encouragement is essential.
For club members, winners of various business competitions, crorepatis and other achievers, felicitation gatherings with eminent personalities are held at historic, spiritual and scenic destinations.
